Outcalls - Outcalls are at the core of our business - WE COME TO YOU! We bring whatever is needed to perform the services you need with us. Just imagine - after a long, stressful day - having a professional massage in your own home and not having to fight traffic afterwards! We can work on more than one person at the same location during an outcall.
Couples Massage - Planning a romantic evening for you and your special someone? Receive a Couples Massage in your own home without taking the time to travel to or from some distant location...We have two options: 1) Both people receive a massage at the same time from two different therapists. 2) Receive your massages one after the other from the same therapist.
Corporate Massage - We come to your place of business. Have a stressful environment? Everyone hunched over a computer or working a line? This is the perfect way to help ease the tension away! We'll set up a massage chair in an empty room or cubicle. Using a sign-up sheet we'll perform 10- to 15- minute chair massages. Can be arranged as a benefit (company pays) or not (individuals pay). Either way - it'll make for a happy day!
Wrap Parties - ItWorks Wraps are the focus of this offering. We'll come to you and bring our favorite product with us! Have a gathering with your friends - your food, your place...Its a unique fun-filled time...Learn more about ItWorks Wraps in our Products Page.
Massage and Wrap - A favorite combination of ours! A Massage and a Wrap! For an individual or as a party!
Massage Facelift - Using Lymphatic Drainage and Arbonne Products, we perform a 'mini-facelift'!

Why do we sell these products?
Many places sell products because they provide a high profit margin. They then use those products because, well...they sell them.
The Healing Grounds approached it the other way around. Over the years many, many products were tried - some worked better than others, some were good and some were not. The products we offer have beat out the rest and these are the products we use. Due to many client requests, we began selling the products to our clients. Now, we are also distributors / Independent Consultants for these products as well.

Arbonne'’s promise is that its products are Pure, Safe and Beneficial. The quality control for their products is legendary. If they have the smallest inkling a product isn’'t up to their high standards, the product will be recalled. I love the RE9 Advanced line for aging skin. The cosmetics do not put harmful chemicals on your skin (which in turn go into your body!). The detox line is the best one I have found.

Why do I carry ItWorks? It's simple...Because the ItWorks Body Wraps really do work. Put a wrap on any part of your body, leave it on for 45 minutes and you’'ve dropped enough to put on that little black dress. I also use their supplements for weight loss and I am seeing good results.

Kelly has a long history of being an educator - from teaching performing arts to children and adults, to individual instruction, to collegiate instruction, to worker-apprentice type education.
She is constantly asked 'how to do this technique' or 'what do you think about this approach.'
For these reasons - Kelly is pursuing the ability to offer Continuing Education hours - enabling therapists to gain additional insight as well as helping them maintain their licensing credentials.
Oncology Massage is one of the first courses she'll be offering because it is her passion. Reiki is one of the more frequent courses she is asked about. Social Networking is the modern approach to Marketing.

My name is Kelly Grounds and I live in Smyrna TN with my husband Doug and our two children. Over the years, healthy living and a holistic approach to health have become very important in our lives. Below is the story of my journey to where I am today, why I do what I do, and why I sell the products I sell.
I did no’t start out in the massage and health field. I began in theater. For over 20 years, I directed and produced plays at theatres and performing art centers across the nation. I received a double Master's Degree from the University of Alabama in Directing (for theatre) and Arts Business Administration. I met my wonderful husband Doug, while at U of A. Doug also happened to be in the Arts and was my scenic and lighting designer of choice for my productions. Together, we had adventures around the country doing what we loved - —theatre!
All was going well and we were achieving success in our field when I began having cluster migraines. Terrible, incapaciting headaches that would continue for days. It took me two years to get a diagnosis beyond “'You’'re a woman,' or 'It’'s probably hormones,' or even 'Take this for the pain until it goes away.”'
After multiple hospitalizations and even more ER visits, I finally ended up at a Specialty Migraine Clinic. The doctors immediatly did an MRI and various blood tests - I had a tumor (benign) and Hashimoto’'s Hypothyoroidism.
No wonder I had headaches!
I took this health crisis as a message from the Universe that I needed to make a change. Managing Fine Arts Centers was a 24/7 job. My massage therapist had brought me comfort during my worst times when nothing else helped. I wanted to do the same for others. Instead of going back for my PhD, I began pursuing massage therapy.
After massage school, oncology massage became my passion. I wanted to help bring relief to people who couldn't remembering what it was like to not be in pain. I have over 300 hours of experience working with cancer patients, from breast cancer to lymphoma. I also specialize in chronic pain conditions like Fibromyalgia, Lupus and Rhuematoid Arthritis.
Two years ago I was diagnosed with Rhuemtoid Arthritis and discovered eating right and excercising is not enough to guarantee good health. You also have to take care of yourself mentally and emotionally as well as physically. You have to pay attention to what products you put on your skin as much as you pay attention to the food you put in your body. I looked at many cosmetic companies and tried many vitamin suppliments. Finally, I found two companies I felt positive enough to put my name behind and recommend to other people on the same journey.

What is a Massage Modality?
A Modality is, simply, a technique. There are many, many modalities.
Individual therapists tend to prefer certain ones because they know what works for them and some modalities work better for certain people due to many factors such as body type, general health, genetics, stress, what type of work you do, etc.
