When we arrived in Kathmandu we were right in busy capital of Nepal - everybody honks, there is enormos air polution and the rivers are filled with trash. Then we set out to the countryside, more nature was expecting us and we were breathing fresh air. People were working on the fields and we got our first glimps of the mountains, the highest peaks on earth. That's exactly what we came for: big water and multidaytrips surrounded by stunning snowpacked peaks.

Coming to New Zealand after spending a month in Nepal it was quite nice to go to a supermarket and find everything you want. Within a few days we bought a van and started our journey. We set out into the nature to explore New Zealands rivers.

In the middest of the European winter Chile is home for many whitewater kayakers. In search for clean waterfalls and big rivers we traveled to Chile. We found more than what we searched for and sensed the fascination of this part of the world.
